Triathlonträning

Efter den lilla snuvan så kom jag bra igång igen. Första passet blev motionscykel eftersom jag ville göra konditionstest. Sen körde jag en kvart intervaller. Nästa pass var planerat som jogging, men pga regn så blev det motionscykel. En timme non-stop och 22 minuter intervall. Nästa pass blev i alla fall jogging. Första på några veckor, så jag tog det lugnt men det blev ändå 12 km. Jag gillar siffror och dokumenterar alltid träningen och har gjort så i mång.
